From palcenta to Umbilical vein(the oxygen rich blood,산소포화도가 높은베인)

(탯줄을 자르면 하나의 umbilical vein과 두개의 umbilical arteries보임)

->정맥관을 통해 소량은 간으로 우회, 대부분은 혈액은 하대정맥 통해 우심방으로 들어감

The foramen ovale: allows to go from right to left arium

**난원공: 성인이 되면 막히게 됨, 우심방으로 들어간 혈액이 좌심방으로 바로 들어감(태아때는 열려있음)

Then to the left ventricel and out the aorta. As a result the blood with the most oxygen gets to the brain

좌심실로 내려가서 대동맥궁을 통해 올라가며 상지순환으로 brain으로 올라가게 됨

The right atrium-> the right ventricle (the chamner that normally pumps blood to the lumgs).

Most of the blood that leasves the right ventricle in the fetus bypasses the lungs through the second of the two extra fetal connections known as ductus arteriosus

우심방으로 들어온 혈액은 동맥혈과 정맥혈이 혼합되어 우심실로 들어가게 됨 ->폐동맥으로 들어가서 소량은 폐를 우회하고 폐정맥을 통해 좌심방으로 들어옴. 나머지 혈액은 aorta와 pulmorny artery연결하는 ductus arteriosus통해 제대동맥으로 돌아가게 됨

항상 순환계 공부는 학생 때 부터 어려웠던거 같은데 The foramen ovale와 ductus arteriosus가 아기가 모체에 있을 때는 열려져 있는 것이 태어나면서 닫히게 됨

나중에 닫히지 않으면 심장문제로 이어질 수 있다는 것!

간과 폐는 혈액이 우회하기만 하고 많은 양의 혈액이 필요하지는 않다는 것

-> 2)urine test로 나온 positive는 임신 가능성이 높다는 것을 의미할 수 있지만 다른 질병으로 인해서 positive가 나올 수도 있음으로 100%정답으로 체크할 수 가 없음 아마 피검사로 확인되면 정답이겠지?

->3번 정답은 보통 임산부는 X-ray검사를 안하니까 X-ray만 보고 아니라고 생각했는데 general discomfort로 검사한 사람이니까 해당이 되겠넹....

4️⃣ 이번 주 공부 후 느낀점

산부인과 간호사로 일하면서 내가 알고있는 개념들을 한 번 더 복습하는 느낌과 좀 더 디테일 한 것들을 추가해서 공부하는 것이 좋았다! 나는 병동에서 산후로만 간호하니까 분만실에서의 과정은 개념으로만 알고있는 편인데 그런 과정도 같이 알 수 있는게 좋았던 것 같다
